Paula Carazzai

2012 Race Co-Chair

Paula has been involved with the fight to end breast cancer since 2003. She is the daughter of a breast cancer survivor and is the baby in a family of four girls. After volunteering at the Race for the Cure as part of the 2009 Registration Committee, she returned in 2010 as the Chair for the Pledge Committee. Paula says her ongoing commitment to this organization is inspired by the fact that Komen represents everything the Carazzai family did not have when her mother was diagnosed. She wants to do her part to ensure that no other family has to fight this horrible disease alone.

Currently, Paula is served as the 2011 Race for the Cure Chair and will continue as the 2012 Co-Chiar. She works as a Process Analyst III at CenturyLink and enjoys spending time at the beach and with her loved ones.
